Finding a Property with us

Search for a property using the websites search facility
Accompanied viewings from 9.30am to 5pm Monday to Friday, Evening and Weekend viewings are also available. We will also call you an hour before viewings to remind you and help you with directions if required.
Usually a month’s rent is required as a holding deposit to secure the property for you, so we can take it off the market to assure you that the property is yours, however this fee is negotiable sometimes.
Complete reference application forms and bring in relevant ID which is requested
We will keep you up to date on your checks and reference. Normally we receive them back within 2-3 working days of you completing the application forms.
Arrange a time and day to move you in that suites you.

Pay any outstanding fees, i.e. rent or admin etc. and sign contracts
Arrange standing order mandate for weekly, fortnightly or monthly rental payment
Receive a welcome pack in all the relevant information and contact numbers that you may need
We will ask you to meet us at your new property, however if you don’t have transport we can provide it for you
Once at the property we will carry out a full photo inventory and give you time to have a good look around and inform us of any problems you may see if missed by us. We will take all relevant meter readings and finally both parties will sign relevant inventory documentations and then we will hand over the keys for your new home.
We will then contact on your behalf all relevant utility companies such, Gas, Electric, water and Council Tax Department etc. to register you.
